Aspper.com stands behind our products and understands that sometimes you don't receive what you expect. If you would like to return product, please follow the simple steps below.
What is the Refund Instruction & Procedure?
Most product problems can be resolved via email by technical support team. If tech support does not resolve the problem, product refund may be the solution.
- The refund time period begins on the date product(s) were received: 45-days for most software products.
- Send a request to support@aspper.com, which should tell us the reason of returning the product.
- At the same time, please send us the official receipt, the date of purchase, and the payer email account.
- Once we check and accommodate your request, we will refund within 12 days.
- Finally, you must deactivate and uninstall the software, also delete all backup copies.
- Please make sure you provide us with all above required information in the request email.
